Attorney Client Participation

Inventors, including engineers and engineering management, can be useful in reviewing patent claims and distinguishing inventions from patent claims (i.e., claimed subject matter) during freedom-to-operate or product clearance studies.  They can be of great assistance in flushing out details of inventions and contemplating alternative forms of construction when preparing patent applications.  They can also provide valuable input when prosecuting patent applications (e.g., responding to rejections from the USPTO).  The latter is crucial to overcoming rejections and can result in more efficient, less costly patent prosecution
